These terms govern your use of sculpt.graphics and any commissioned website build delivered by Sculpt ("we," "us," "our").

Service description

Sculpt is a productized website service for boutique barbershops and salons. We build editorial-quality websites at fixed prices. Builds are speculative — we start your site before you commit. The decision to claim or walk is yours, with no charge if you walk.

How a build runs

1. You drop a link via sculpt.graphics.
2. We review every submission within 24 hours. Not every shop is a fit — but if yours is, we start your build immediately.
3. Within 48 hours of starting, you receive a working demo: a direct link, no call required.
4. If you love it, you approve and pay a 50% deposit. We then work together to finish and launch — final copy, design revisions, domain connection, hosting setup.
5. If you walk, you owe nothing. The partial design is retained by us with your shop's identity removed; it may be adapted for another build in the future.
6. The balance payment (50%) is due on launch.

Pricing & payment

• Starter — $999. Single-page editorial site.
• Standard — $1,500. Multi-page editorial site with embedded booking.
• All payments are processed via Stripe under their terms.
• Standard deposit-and-balance structure: 50% on approval (on the call), 50% on launch (the following Monday).

Money-back guarantee

If your delivered site does not meet the editorial bar we advertise, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Refund requests should be sent to hello@sculpt.graphics with the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within seven business days.

Ownership

• After your balance payment clears, you own the final site, its design as delivered, its copy, and any source code Sculpt produced for you.
• Sculpt retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing.
• Photos provided by you remain yours; photos sourced from public channels (e.g., your shop's Instagram) are used under fair use and remain your property.
• Third-party assets (fonts, hosting, booking widgets) are licensed under their respective providers.

Walk-away policy

If you walk after receiving your demo, you incur no charges. The partial build is retained by Sculpt. Any identifying brand assets — your shop's name, photos, and contact details — are removed before the design pattern is considered for adaptation by another buyer.

Limitation of liability

Sculpt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind. Total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
